Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and RegentOne ("we", "us"), 17F2,DM Complex,Kalapatti Main Road,Nehru Nagar,Coimbatore-641048, for the use of RegentOne, the software service at https://one.regenterp.com, and this website. By creating an account or using RegentOne you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you register. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

RegentOne is online software for billing, accounting, inventory, GST, production and related business work. The features available to you depend on your plan, as described on our pricing. We keep improving RegentOne and may add, change or retire features; we will not remove a core feature of your paid plan during a period you have already paid for.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract for your business.
Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
Keep passwords private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and the users you add, and should tell us straight away if you suspect someone else has access.

Trial, payment and renewal

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. Paid plans are prepaid monthly or yearly through PayU, with GST added, and do not renew automatically. Plan changes, cancellations and refunds work as set out in our Refund and cancellation policy. If a period ends without payment, access may be limited until you pay.

Your data

Everything you enter into RegentOne remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy policy. You can export your data while your account is active.

Your responsibilities

RegentOne helps you prepare invoices, returns and accounts, but you remain responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for the tax rates, HSN codes and other settings you choose, and for checking returns and documents before you file or send them. RegentOne does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice; please consult a qualified professional where you need it.

E-invoice and e-way bill features connect to government portals through a GST Suvidha Provider using credentials you supply. Those portals are run by the government, and we are not responsible when they are unavailable or reject a request.

Acceptable use

Do not use RegentOne to break the law, to issue false or fraudulent invoices, to send spam, or to harm the service or other customers. Do not try to break its security, copy or resell it, or access it by automated means except through the API on plans that include it. We may suspend an account that does any of these, and will tell you why.

Availability and support

We work to keep RegentOne available at all times, with planned maintenance done outside business hours where possible. Support is available by email and WhatsApp on working days. We do not promise that the service will be completely free of interruptions or errors.

Our property

The RegentOne software, name, logo and content of this website belong to RegentOne. Your subscription gives you a right to use the service for your business, not ownership of it.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, penalties, interest or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using RegentOne at any time. We may end this agreement if you seriously break these terms, giving notice where we reasonably can. What happens to your data afterwards is set out in our Privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that matter we will tell account owners by email at least 15 days before they apply. Using RegentOne after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We would rather resolve any concern by talking, so please write to us first. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the courts at Coimbatore.
