Privacy policy

Last updated 31 October 2026

RegentOne ("we", "us") runs RegentOne, business software available at https://one.regenterp.com, and this website. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Two kinds of data

Your account information is the information about you and your users that we need to run your account: names, email addresses, phone numbers, your company's name, address, GSTIN and PAN, and your billing history. For this information we decide how it is used, as described below.

Your business data is everything you and your team enter into RegentOne: parties, items, invoices, vouchers, stock and the like, including personal details of your customers and suppliers. This data belongs to you. We store and process it only to provide the service to you and on your instructions, and you are responsible for having the right to enter it.

What we collect

  • Details you give us when you sign up, add users, contact support or pay.
  • Payment confirmations from our payment partner, PayU, such as the amount, date, method and transaction ID. We never receive or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages used, recorded in server logs to keep the service secure and working.
  • Credentials you choose to save for GST e-invoice, e-way bill, email or WhatsApp services, which are stored encrypted.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The app uses only the browser storage it needs to keep you signed in and remember your settings.

How we use it

  • To create and run your account, and to provide the features you use.
  • To send service emails such as password resets, payment receipts, renewal reminders and important changes.
  • To answer support requests.
  • To issue GST invoices and meet our tax and legal obligations.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent misuse and fix problems.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your business data for marketing or share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run RegentOne, and only what each one needs:

  • Cloud hosting, where the application and its databases run.
  • PayU, to take payments.
  • Our GST Suvidha Provider, to send e-invoice and e-way bill requests to the GST portal when you ask for them.
  • Email and WhatsApp providers, to deliver the documents and messages you send.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example to comply with a lawful order from a court or government authority.

How we protect it

Connections to RegentOne are encrypted with HTTPS. Each company's data is kept separate, every user signs in with their own password and sees only what their role allows, and saved third-party credentials are encrypted. Databases are backed up every night. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you promptly if a breach affects it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. After a subscription ends we keep the data for 90 days so you can return to it, then it may be deleted. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.

Your choices and rights

You can see and correct most of your information inside the app, and export your reports and vouchers at any time. You can also ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account. Write to us from your account's email address and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

RegentOne is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell account owners by email before the change takes effect.
